However, certain aspects are not included in the inspection, such as non-accessible areas, damp or water ingress defects (unless they have caused structural damage), linings (like carpets and plasterboard), windows, doors, cabinetry, trims, roof plumbing, roof covering, and water, electrical, and gas services or fixtures.
