Do we need to pay our builder's invoice?

Payment of the builder's invoice is separate from our inspection services and should be managed according to your agreement with the builder.

My builder mentioned we already have independent inspections— is that accurate?

Verify with your builder to ensure that the inspections included in your contract are indeed independent and thorough.

Do you use contractors for the inspections?
